Family Fun Picnic at Cheatham Dam Sat, Sept. 17th. noon-6pm.

Family Ministries is hosting a Family Fun Picnic at the Cheatham Dam on Saturday, September 17th, noon – 6pm. Come out for some grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, we’ll be eating at 1pm. Play some volleyball, frisbee or softball, bring your lawn chair and fish, swing on the swing set, or just people watch. We will have a pontoon boat available to give rides. We have reserved the pavilion at the end of the road, past the dam. It has restroom facilities on site. Please mark your calendar for this relaxing day of fellowship with your church family.

PRICE: $5 per person. Children <10 are Free.

~There will be concession and many other activities.
~GoJump!!; Change for Change.; Silent Auction.; Volleyball.
~There is no outside food or drink allowed. All food and drink will be sold from the concession area during the show. (Remember: Proceeds from EVERYTHING go to UMCOR, not just admission.)
~10 Bands. The music will start out light and get heavier as the day progresses.

Benefit show for UNITED METHODISTS COMMITTEE ON RELIEF to help victims in Japan, Alabama, Memphis and anywhere else that has been affected by natural disasters. We all know about the recent disasters. We are all at our best when this country is at its worst. This day will be a day when a community, near and far, join together to help this country, this world, get back on its feet.

Youth survivor June 3-5 cost $25 Sign up on bulletin board. Last day is 25th of May.

Next Church Council Meeting May 10th at 7pm.

Red Carpet Graduation Event with dinner Saturday May, 14th at 4pm. Cost $5 per person for Church Family unless you have received an invitation from a graduate, then you have special R.S.V.P instructions on the invitation.
