"Treasure Seekers" Vacation Bible School - 2006
In June, Pleasant View United Methodist Church hosted Vacation Bible School
with the theme "Treasure Seekers". Children learned how they were God's
treasure and loved by him. The program included drama, classroom
activities, music, crafts, and recreation on an archaeology theme.
   The opening program introduced the topic of the day. |
  Drama was used to illustrate God's love for each one of us. |
   "Digging for treasure" reminded us how God treasures us. |
  Classroom activities to taught the day's Bible story. |
   Refreshments and time outside were fun for all! |
     Music gave the kids a chance to move around while praising God. |
    Crafts made the week fun for all of the children who participated |
    We made a lot of new friends while learning how God loves us! |
